My church recommended going here, as they use them for the appliances in their housing project that they have. Turns out these people know what they are doing, they have a lot of parts in stock, and they love what they are doing. This made working with them a real joy. They found the past for my stove and made sure all the little screws and nuts were in the package before letting me leave. I could tell they enjoy their jobs by the smiles on their faces and the joy that they radiated. I went into the store to order a gasket. I thought I could take care of my dishwasher leak with some AI direction and YouTube. The staff encouraged me to have a member of their repair team come out. I am so glad I did. He was thorough, considerate and efficient.
Turns out what AI had recommended was not the issue anyway. I would have spent a lot of time and wasted money on supplies I did need for fixes that would not have solved anything. I am very happy with their course of action.

This place is the meaning of you get what you pay for. Excellent service easy to understand the quality of work first class. They are expensive but worth every penny. Had someone come out for the refridgerator and and was top notch fast and gave us good tips and instructions. Used them like 5 times always excellent.

Best customer service! Called to schedule an appointment to get someone out here to lend me an extra hand with the dishwasher. However, they were able to problem solve the issue with me over the phone. Huge help, saved me money and time, I just wish I would have called them sooner.
