These guys are the absolute best! Will always recommend them to anyone looking for an appliance, bought a washer and dryer set from them 3 years ago and we've had a couple things need repairs (not due to them, due to wear and tear done by me and my family) and they're always so wonderful with their help in fixing the issue and are always genuinely caring! For starters, I used AOK Appliances 8 years ago for all my appliances, and they're all still running, up until about two weeks ago when I called about my oven not warming up. I called them, and Paul came over today, on time, was super friendly, and changed the ignitor in my oven in less than 5 minutes! I now have a working oven, I'm so grateful, and just in time for Thanksgiving, too! I don't know what I was thinking, I thought he'd have to take the back off and figure it out, as I remember repair men having to do when my parents called for a repair on their oven and fridge in the late '70. Exceptional customer service. Great deals on all types of appliances. Shopped with AOK multiple times and all my appliances are still going strong years later and still look new. Bought a washer for over 300 dollars last fall. after the warranty was up, washer starts making crazy noises. finally stops spinning this morning. Did not last 6 months. this place is trash. eastpoint is also trash..
