My husband made an appointment for the repair of our washer and was given a arrival window between noon and 3pm. The technician never showed. He called and rescheduled for the following day between noon and 3pm. Again, the technician did not show. When I called, the representative told me "Thank you for understanding." However, no explanation or apology was given so I don't actually understand. I recommend calling another service.
I called on a Friday to set an appointment for an oven installation, and was told that the appointment was set for the following morning. But that afternoon I got a call from Los Angeles (!) saying there had been a system error, than installation was not available for weekends, and the next available installation time would be the coming Tuesday morning. Today is Tuesday: nobody came. When I called to follow up, I was told they would call be back. I then got a call from Los Angeles, saying that the appointment had been cancelled, because the technician couldn't work it into his schedule that day! It was clear they didn't even have any interes... I called on a Friday to set an appointment for an oven installation, and was told that the appointment was set for the following morning. But that afternoon I got a call from Los Angeles (!) saying there had been a system error, than installation was not available for weekends, and the next available installation time would be the coming Tuesday morning. It was clear they didn't even have any interest in rescheduling at that point. To call this idiocy "unprofessional" is gross understatement!
This isn’t really a company but rather a place the has independent contractors that they schedule to do the calls. The person who came to check out my fridge was just a dude in a rusted truck and no uniform. He took forever to tell me what he thought the problem was and then said he really doesn’t do that type of fixes. I actually made an appt with another place while he was here. Can not recommend. Glad it only cost me a trip fee to know to never call this place again. Call somewhere known and not this place.
Never use this company!!!!!! It’s a TOTAL SCAM!!!! So I had to pay $75 dollars to hold an appointment. I took time off work to be home for the technician, then to be called with an automated message that the appointment was cancelled and no time was set for someone to comeback. They charged my card $75. If you use this company.. you will be disappointed

I was told that they had 3 appointments the day I called and 3 appointments the following day. I scheduled for the follow day which was a Friday. The next day about an hour before they were scheduled to arrive I get a call saying there was a scheduling error and they wouldn’t be able to come until the following Tuesday. How do you go from same day availability to nothing until the following week?! I go ahead and reschedule for Tuesday. 10 minutes before they’re scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, I get yet another call. This time the... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are the most unprofessional company that I’ve dealt with. I called about a repair.
