I had both a new furnace and air conditioner installed on the coldest days this winter! Tim Schester and Bob Green did a wonderful job on the installations. They were very punctual, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Also very neat; no mess whatsoever to clean up once they were finished. Highly recommend Tim, Bob and Answer Heating & Cooling!
We called Answer Heating & Cooling when our furnace suddenly stopped working and they were fantastic to work with. From the moment I called at 7am from the time the tech left, it was 5-star service. They were able to schedule us the same day which was amazing since it was a very windy day and I'm sure they were very busy. We even got lucky and there happened to be a cancellation which had our tech here within 2 hours and our furnace up and running within 3 hours of the initial call. We will use them again in the future when needed. They are also reasonably priced. The tech, Gabe, went above and beyond in our opinion. Do not hesitate to call t... Answer installers Tim & Andrew were excellent. They were professional, courteous and efficient. I could tell they were experienced and took pride in there work. They did excellent work, explained how everything works and answered all our questions, very informative. They also were patient with us, juggling 3 cars in the driveway and us coming & going at different times. It was a pleasure having Andrew and Tim in our home to install our new furnace & AC.
