I had a small project that I contacted Shaine about. He was able to come over and check it out that very day. He and his staff handled it promptly and communicated what I could expect it to cost and when it would be done. Pricing was very fair and project was completed promptly. Anderson Electric installed four outside lights for me at two different locations. Shaine was very responsive to my requests and got my lights in within a week of his bid. His crew had a very good attitude, in spite of the weather, and I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. I will be contacting them again for my future needs.
Anderson Electric replaced some light fixtures in our house. It looked great but after a little bit some of the lights went out and didn’t have much pf a life cycle. They were from Menards and I didn’t take them back because I know nothing about lights and warranties. Shaine the owner is a friend and in passing I mentioned it and he sent a crew out to replace the bad lights with better lights that Menards has stocked now in resolve of the other ones. All warranties even after some time. I know Shaine really does care about people and that’s what makes him a great business owner. He’s someone you can trust and trust to do a good job. About a w...
