Picked this company because the reviews were great. Rep came out and was so rude he wanted me to pay $270 but he didn't want to and didn't tell me the part that needed to be replaced and what the part was called. He then asked me why I wanted him to figure out what was wrong if I didn't want to pay to have it fixed. I would have paid if he could tell me what was wrong. Me and my husband just decided to go with another company or get a new washer.
