I needed battery replacements for an iPhone and an Apple Watch. The team communicated clearly, completed work speedily as promised, and priced reasonably. But much more important: We ran into a couple of hardware issues, and they met me way more than halfway even though the source of the underlying issue was unclear. In fact I think they took a loss on the service. I don't know if I've ever had such conscientious and fair treatment. Cannot recommend more highly.

Owner of the shop was super respectful and knowledgeable about the repair with better prices than both his neighbors and midtown. Repaired my iphone 16 pro’s camera glass in 5 mins and even gave me some tips. 100% would recommend!

They fixed my Pixel 9 Pro and were super professional and responsive. Took more than expected to get my screen, but it was due to the snow storm. Would recommend to anyone who needs a repair on short notice. Prices were reasonable.
