Got served by Mr. James today on 01/13/2026 around 12:15 pm, he had exceptional customer service and took his time to check and explain everything to me in regards to the car tires. Even he offered to look up potential future purchase for my Tesla Y tires. Made things a breeze and I was out of their in a very short time with my car tire repaired out of courtesy and didn't charge me anything. Would recommend anyone to see them at IKEA court west Sacramento. 5 stars 🤩🤩

After a very rough morning of waking up with a flat tire and going through the process of putting on a spare and driving under 50 miles per hour was a relief to walk into the store and be greeted by everyone that you come in contact with. They were extremely busy but continued to acknowledge everyone that was waiting so that we would not feel ignored. Then I had the pleasure of working with Dakota. I was grumpy and complaining about my rough morning and he treated me with care and kindness. He was extremely helpful and patient. I truly appreciated all of his hard work and extra effort. Thanks so much!

I have always had very good to excellent service at this location until the last 2 times. My wife went in for a flat repair and was told they couldn't fix the tire but another shop would probably do it. My wife came home and I fixed the puncture with no problem. On 1/12 I took my jeep in for rotation and a flat repair. Once again I was told the puncture couldn't be fixed. This was a nail in the top of the tread on an aggressive mud tire. He asked me if I wanted the spare put on. I said yes and then he attempted to give we my tire and rim back. I has to ask if he could at least reseat the rim which he did. Huge shout-out to Joe at the America’s Tire in West Sacramento! His customer service was absolutely fantastic today — he was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience completely seamless. Honestly, while Joe was a standout, his great service is exactly what I’ve come to expect from this entire team. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, bringing all of our family’s cars here. The service here is second to none. We had guy name Jarrod and the guy was extremely helpful. When you come here it doesn't feel like the typical tires store where they try to empty your wallet. I came here for my wife's car but I'll be coming here for my car soon when I need tires.
