Went to see if the hand wheel for a Singer 57820 sewing machine could be repaired but the person that helped flat out said the replacement part was not being made anymore. He didn’t even offer any solutions I could pursue on my own. I then went online and found the replacement part at Millnard Sewing Center in Omaha, NE. They even talked me through how to fix it myself. Problem solved and for probably less than I would have paid.
I give them more than one star only because they had a fast turn around. Otherwise, I have not been able to sew a single stitch with my sewing machine since I got it fixed. I offered to send photos or videos to show what is happening. The shop owner refused to receive these and refused to give me a refund. So at the end of the day, I spent $70 for nothing. Don’t waste your time.
Mr Rashid really takes care of his clients. He's always has a good selection of new vacuums, as well as parts and accessories. He also does excellent repairs and maintenance to the machines that he sells. Don't waste your money buying a vacuum from a big box store or online. Go to Americana Vacuums to try out different models and get some expert advice. Spend a few bucks more and get one that will last forever with proper care.
