We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. All were professional, well informed and pleasant.
Our working crew was the best. Nanga, Alexis and Richard. I have rental.houses and this is my second experience with them. If necessary for future houses, I would chose them again.

Our experience was dreadful. Guy came out did estimate to replace 5 window wells and went over everything told me what I need to do before they came. Went great. Scheduled for end of fall/spring of the next year. North Dakota manager calls and asks if they can move it up 2 weeks they have a 2 day opening. Originally was scheduled for a full week. I asked what happens of they don't get done in 2 days? Response we will figure it out. 2 days go by and they just have the old dug out. So I ask that the forman if they usually do these and his response was ( not my crew we usually do other things but this should be okay and this should be a week job...Our experience was dreadful. So I ask that the forman if they usually do these and his response was ( not my crew we usually do other things but this should be okay and this should be a week job not 2 days) They go to start puttitng new wells in and have the wrong bolts so have to take several hours to go get new bolts. Our yard is a disaster, trash everywhere saw blades sitting around our yard, broken gate for the fence. ( we have 3 kids under 4 years old at the time) I call Monday and they response was well we have to talk to ND manager. Well, we will have a crew out and get it done this week after my 3rd call in. This week it rained and froze. But the crew did get wells in and secured. But dirt was all frozen so none could be put back in until spring. This crew was great cleaned up and did the best they could in 4 more days of work. Call in the spring and they send a crew up to fill in around the window wells with dirt since the ground is thawed. The crew comes up and starts to fill around the outside with rock. I ask that doesn't seem right I feel like it should be compacted dirt. There response was yeah it should but this is what we were told. So call ND manager again and we will send them up another day with the correct stuff. Finally a week later another crew comes up with dirt and a compacter. Gets it all finished with a compacter that was broken and my father had to help fill the holes with dirt because they sent an employee with 1 arm in a cast to help the other employee shovel dirt. They broke curbing around the house. (They paid to fix)
They gave me 3k off the bill in the end but that doesn't do justice for the entire 9 hour day I had to spend cleaning all the landscape rock where they just piled dirt from the holes. The hassel of trying to get all this done properly. The only reason they get a 2 star is they appear to function well and fix the problems we were having and even with all the hassle they eventually with lots of mine a s my father's oversight got the job done with 9 day project now instead of the original 4 days if they would have just waited. I hope the manager learned the lesson not to rush things
Edit: They reached out to see if there was anything that can make it better. We spent alot of money to have a properly trained team install these. There was no such team. The manager never came out. Employees are a reflection of the company. Their employess did not seem knowledgeable in this process. I hope the whole team learns. There is no making it better. I hope no one else has this poor of an experience. Reviews are a way to share an experience with a company. This is my honest review. Thank you for reaching out. I stand by my review. Please do better on everyone else's projects.
