American Heritage Fence Company was great to work with! From the time I scheduled my first appointment the service has been phenomenal. Mr Ralph was very informational in regards to my fence aligning with my neighbors yard. Ashlee was very prompt with responding to emails. On installation day Jason arrived before his crew, reviewed what the expectations were and tweaked things that he felt would make the fence look better aligned with my home. His team installed the fence within 6hours! After they finished his team gave me a run down of everything and addressed any issues that I had. I have no complaints at all about this company. American Heritage worked closely with us to evaluate the fencing material options for our project and prepared estimates accordingly. Tiffany was my main point of contact and was always very polite and responsive to my questions even to the extent of performing a second estimate of our project due to a slight change in the design. Due to a lengthy process to obtain a city permit our original install date had to be moved and that presented no problem for the Tiffany and the team. The install crew arrived early on the install date and finished the install quicker than expected. We initially met with Patrick to go over the project and provide an estimate. He was very personable and clearly understood what we wanted. Outstanding experience working with this family business! I cannot say enough good things about the communication of this team! From estimate until the project was complete everything was extremely well communicated, which is such a rarity. We received clear explanations of the product, procedure, and timeline. They came the day before to review the site and ensure no surprises. Ashlee was outstanding for handling any questions and responds quickly. The installation team does great work and it looks wonderful.
