I really appreciated how well they communicated — I received text confirmations the day I booked, the day before the appointment, and again 15 minutes before the technician arrived. My technician, Ron M, was outstanding. You never know what you’re going to get when someone comes to your home, but he was courteous, professional, and clearly experienced. He’s local to the area, showed up clean and well-dressed, and worked efficiently. Ron installed three zones using my Ecobee for me and got everything done quickly and neatly. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both great service and great communication — but American Heating Service does exactly that.
