One of my favorite parts of the process was being able to choose our exterior colors. American General is a sales representative for Hardie siding, and it was amazing getting to see all the different color options available. Having that level of selection and guidance made such a difference in the final look of our home. What really stood out to me was how respectful and organized their team was. They kept the property clean and well taken care of throughout the entire project. At the end of each day, things were picked up and orderly — which means so much when you have a little family at home. Chad was nothing but sweet, professional, and attentive the whole time. He made sure everything was taken care of for me and my family, answered every question I had, and truly made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
