When my carbon monoxide detector went off at home in Phoenix, I needed urgent help, especially since my wife is pregnant. I had already spoken to another repair company and received a quote, but when Russell from America Pro Chimney Cleaning arrived, he really put me at ease. He took the time to explain how my chimney works, using a brochure to show me all the parts, and even went over the materials and pricing with me so I understood everything. Russell’s professionalism stood out immediately, and his price was much better than what I had been given before. Even though it was already 6 pm when he started, he finished the job quickly and ever...When my carbon monoxide detector went off at home in Phoenix, I needed urgent help, especially since my wife is pregnant. The team provided excellent and speedy chimney sweep service! They cleaned out our wood stove fireplace and took the time to explain why regular maintenance is so important to avoid dangerous buildup. As new homeowners, we really appreciated their expertise and advice. There was a lot of soot in our stove pipe, and they handled it all very professionally. They also made sure to keep everything tidy while working, which was great. When we needed our wood stove serviced again, Manuel came by and did another thorough cleaning. He was friendly and worked efficiently, making sure our wood stove was ready for the season. We feel much safer and more...The team provided excellent and speedy chimney sweep service! Russell did an excellent job sweeping our chimney and making sure the flue and firebox were spotless. Even though our fireplace was really dirty, he made sure our home stayed clean and tidy throughout the process. He was able to come out to our house in Phoenix just a couple of days after we called, and his prices were very fair. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a chimney sweep!
