Very irresponsible! The tech changed the appointment without letting me know.

I had an excellent experience with this appliance repair company. Their pricing was very fair and much more reasonable than I expected. They showed up exactly when they said they would, which is rare these days and greatly appreciated. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and were professional and courteous from start to finish.
