Last week, two men from Always Clear Glass replaced fogged glass in my living room and office. They arrived on time and were very efficient and also respectful of my furniture and carpeting. They even vacuumed the work areas when they were finished. I am thrilled to have clear windows again and I would definitely recommend this company.
Very professional, very, very polite. Should be everyone's first call for window and door glass replacement. Excellent service!
They promptly came out the same day for a quote and within 2 weeks came back to replace a broken apartment window. The "gentleman" came in the office , and rudely stated that he would not be doing that again as I guess he had difficulty with the installation. He made it clear not to call them for future window repairs and literally snatched the check out of my assistants hand and walked out. We were shocked at his unprofessional attitude. I always like to choose local businesses; but this is one I will not recommend and obviously we won't be calling them for future services due to the rude and unprofessional way we were treated. We were extremely disappointed in the service we were given. Did they fix the window, Yes. Did they NOT clean up after themselves and leave a mess for the tenant to clean up , also Yes. While very timely, which was appreciated , their representative's nasty attitude and comments were uncalled for. We will give our business to a local company that is appreciative of our business and speaks to their customers more appropriately and professionally.
