Had a large living room window that had a rock shot through it by the lawn mower. Met Bill and Rocky thru a book club and exchanged information. Called Bill for a quote and he had their scheduler call me to set it up with an inspection. They came out took measurements and had a quote to me very quickly. Ordered the glass and once in they came out in a very timely fashion and installed the new glass. It looks great! I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly call them again for future window issues!

Met the team at the Home and Garden show at Kalispell fairgrounds. They came out gave me an estimate for my 3 big south facing single pane windows and beat the prices of the other 3 estimates i already had. Install day was great. They showed up on time. Rocky and his team did a great job installing my new Milgard windows. In the end my total cost actually came in slightly under what was initially quoted. I am really happy with my windows and Aluma Glass experience. I Couldn't recommend them more.

Had two windows replaced and ordered extra screens.
The two techs that installed my windows initially were great.
Couple things that bothered me were
1. They couldn't finish the same day because the foam seal had to dry before they could do the trim. So why wouldn't they schedule me for 2 back to back appts rather than have me wait two weeks with unfinished windows. THEN the day before they were to come back out, I got rescheduled.. TWICE! So it wasn't until the 5th appt that they finished.
2. When Rocky came out the 3rd scheduled time, I came home to dirt scratches all over my inside trim and my extra ordered screens sitting on my count...Had two windows replaced and ordered extra screens.

I find out a couple days later that he told my tenant that they aren't allowed to work past noon on Saturdays so if I can't figure out how to get screen in to call and they will come back out.
Dirt on trim, you would think " no big deal, I can clean it. But the second you try cleaning it the primer they put on comes off(see photo).
So in summary. Not happy with being rescheduled 3 times and the fact that they don't take pride in their finished product appearance.
I mean, what's the point of putting 1 single layer white primer on it if it's going to come off when I try to clean off your dirt and scratches.
"You shouldn't have to paint it inside cause your inside trim is already white"
Yeah right!
