Very unhappy with the quality of work that this shop does. They charge a premium for service and then they must rush the work or have technicians that don't know what they are doing. We had a gasket replaced a year ago and it already has gone bad. We had all of our gaskets (18 of them) go out after 14 months. They gave us a discount for the replacement on labor, but those gaskets/labor cost me over $5K in repairs.
Alpine has been wonderful to my Mini. After a few bad encounters trying to get it fixed, I was sent to Alpine. They’ve been nothing but courteous and professional. They’ve been fair and honest in the work needed and prices charged. Colton is a guy who goes over and above helping me get transportation when he didn’t have to, treating me with integrity and respect, never trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars, and never making jar feel dumb about the questions I had. Sean, and ALL the guys are great and I would highly recommend their service. Tracey
Wish this shop was in Denver for my BMW needs! These guys saved me here in Grand Junction I’ll definitely make it a point to get service here when I’m in town for work than in Denver. Thank you guys for the thorough help and kindness!
