This company is the best service company I have ever had to use. I want to thank Peter the service tech specifically. He came out to fix our washer after the first company I called couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Peter came out, asked me what was going on, he listened intently and went to work. He was patient, professional, courteous, and knew exactly what he was doing and quickly determined two of the electrical boards were defective. If I ever need another service for any of our appliances Allway will be our first call and I will ask for Peter. What a pleasant experience working with such a great company. Peter the technician was great. Our fan motor on our GE fridge went out a few days prior to Christmas and he was able to order the part and get our job complete just in time. Great service and reasonable pricing, absolutely recommend.

2nd Update: Allway has done a great job helping us with a solution.
Update: Allway reached out right away and Eddie come out the next day. I will compliment them on their efforts to remedy the situation. Because of that effort, I will be upgrading my review soon. Our dishwasher has more issues and it probably is a coincidence they all happened at once, but we'll see what we do moving forward.
Our Bosch dishwasher stopped working. I saw all the good reviews for Allway and called them out to look at it. They said that it was the control board. They had to order the part and would call when the part came in. 3 weeks later, I called for an update and they had the part, nobody called us or scheduled the work. A few days after the repair the new control board went out again and fried the electrical outlet. They warrantied the part but it took another 2 weeks. I argued with them that they weren't addressing the root cause of what was taking the control boards out. I was also told if they had to replace it again, I would have to pay. So, we haven't called them back even though half the buttons don't work and it doesn't work like it used to. It used to be a great dishwasher.
