I contacted Joe early, way before his shop opened, let him know my issue (RAM related) , he talked me thru some quick steps to try to troubleshoot before I brought it in, determined I needed to bring it in. He set me up with a time as soon as he opened He was very professional and friendly when I arrived, identified the issue, and fixed it then and there while teaching me a bit. Great price, and will definitely be a returning customer.
I have gone to Joe for my tech needs for many many years now and he is the best. He built a computer for my son and he has fixed our slow computers numerous times. Our computers run like new when he’s done with them. Joe can do it all and hes good at what he does, highly recommend him!

I had several issues with both my Desktop and Laptop and Joe assured me that he would address the issues in a timely manner as I was on a time constraint. He actually was able to trouble shoot my Laptop and find the problem the same day so I can have it available to work. My Desktop was repaired within 72 hours and is working better than before, great job and highly recommend 👍
