Five stars! My car needed a tow, and I was incredibly distraught over my car not working. Then came Donald! He was the best, absolutely kind and fast! We chatted about cars, and he made me feel much better. I really appreciated it, and by the time we got to my dealership, he had me cracking up. He made me feel safe and comfortable as well! :)
