Dave and his team set my work up with a fire alarm and the process was smooth, smart, quality, and economical. I appreciate their sharpness and willingness to get us up and running and their follow-through after the install has been top notch. Everyone I have interfaced with there has been wonderful. A great company, especially since security vendors can be hit or miss.

We have been very happy with the service we are receiving from Allstar Alarm. We recently switched from another company and have not had any issues setting/turning off the systems that lead to false alarms. Their staff are great to work with and their service is reasonably priced.

Was told by the sales person that I could cancel anytime. Signed the agreement on the phone with him because he told me he would tell me what it says and what I’m signing turns out I signed a three year term. So you can’t cancel anytime without over a thousand dollar penalty. Was told by the manager Crystal I should be more careful of what I sign apparently do not listen to her own employees. The sales people and techs will lie right to your face. The app is also a complete joke and doesn’t work half the time.
