Had the house roof and gutters done on 4/21/26. Roofers cracked many of the fiberglass panels on my rear patio awning, causing many leaks. Reported the leakage, which allowed so much water under the awning that you couldn’t even sit there. I have records of emails, texts, phone calls to Allpoint over the past 5 weeks, trying to have it repaired. Because of their initial confidence that it would be fixed, I paid in full. Haven’t heard from them since. I regret paying before a fix, and wonder how their 25 year warranty is going to hold up. I can’t let the summer go by with the leaks, so I’m left to fixing it myself.

They did a great job on the roof and siding. they also replaced some rotting posts in the front of our house for us. Crew was friendly and kept the yard clean left behind no screws/nails or debris. They sent us a jar of cookies which I thought was a nice touch. Never had a contractor send us thank you gifts before!

Allpoint construction did an awesome job. Weather threw a monkey wrench into things. A storm blew in, water got in through the roof and damaged insulation and a bedroom ceiling.
Allpoint quickly made everything right, no questions asked.
I would highly recommend Allpoint to others looking to have a new roof installation.

UPDATE 6/2/26 – AllPoint resent the quote on 6/1. It turns out they did attempt to send it on May 19, however, it was sent to the wrong email address.
What’s concerning is the inconsistency in the owner’s response. In his direct email message to me, he acknowledged his mistake with the email address and apologized. He also indicated his office staff never told him I called. However, in his public reply to my review, he implied the issue was on my end by telling me to check my junk mail, without acknowledging that the email had been sent incorrectly. Those are two very different responses.

He also indicated his office staff never told him I called. However, in his public reply to my review, he implied the issue was on my end by telling me to check my junk mail, without acknowledging that the email had been sent incorrectly. Those are two very different responses.
Their reply raises even more concerns. According to Tom’s own email, his office never even told him I reached out—so either no one actually followed through, or there’s a clear lack of accountability within their team.
If the office had done what they said they would and checked with him—or even taken a moment to verify the details themselves—this could have been resolved immediately. I made it clear I hadn’t received anything (and yes, I checked spam—I work in IT), which should have prompted them to double-check the email address and catch their mistake right then. Instead, this situation highlights their ongoing poor communication, internal disorganization, and a complete lack of accountability.
At the end of the day, mistakes happen—but how you handle those mistakes is what matters. Owning the mistake publicly instead of shifting blame—especially onto a customer—would have gone a long way.
So now I’m not only looking for a company that does good work and values communication, but also one that isn't afraid to take accountability and operates with integrity.
As I said before: do better, AllPoint.
ORIGINAL REVIEW 6/1/26: They do quality work; however, getting them to follow through is a completely different story. Tom, the owner, came to my home on May 19, 2026, to provide an estimate for replacing my back door. He said he would send the estimate later that day, but I never received it.
On May 21, I called the office to follow up. The representative confirmed my email address and said she would check with Tom and send it over. As of June 1, nearly two weeks later, I still haven’t received anything.
I was hesitant to reach out to them again because I had serious communication issues with them on a project they did for me quite a few years ago. Getting them to respond back then was extremely frustrating, and clearly nothing has changed. I gave them another chance, expecting better, but this is obviously just how they operate.
Yes, they may be busy, and that clearly reflects the quality of their work—but that doesn’t excuse poor communication. If they don’t have time or aren’t interested in a job, they should say so. Ghosting customers and wasting their time is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
At this point, I’m moving on to another contractor—one who not only does good work but also understands the importance of communication. Do better, AllPoint.
