Amazing. My vaccum hose was stuck and I almost had a mental breakdown trying to get it out. I brought it in and they fixed it in 2 seconds and didn't charge me. I have also brought in my sewing machine before and they did a great job.

I wish that more businesses in Wilmington were ran as well as Allied Vacuum. Great people. Always great service. Never had a vacuum that they could not fix.

Took Shark Cordless upright that wouldn’t hold a charge. Said needed a battery. Approved repair. Said he would order battery and call when ready. Two weeks. No call. Called them. Battery was out of stock. Will reorder. Two more weeks. Called them again. Forgot to reorder. Would have shipped overnight and be fixed tomorrow. Two more weeks. Still no vacuum. Had enough excuses. Picked up vacuum still not repaired. Went home, ordered battery from Amazon, received in two days. Installed myself in 15 minutes. Never go back.
