Very nice people

After long delays we finally received a proposal form James and got the job approved. Before scheduling James advises he made an "honest mistake" but the job is $3000 more for gates that the original proposal said was included... I tried to work out an agreement to his "honest mistake" but he had zero flexibility. In my business of sourcing vendors this is the first time in 25 years when a mistake was made by a vendor and they had 0 flexibility to work it out.. Unfortunate.
