Not very helpful at all, not willing to work with the customer. Very robotic. Definitely go to best buy for your apple/iPhone needs. Best buy employees all nice, understanding, and all very thorough about your options.
Calvin at Allied Computing helped me SO much yesterday. He was so kind and so helpful and so patient during a time of distress and uncertainty when my accounts were hacked into. I would 10000% recommend him to anyone in the Flathead, specifically if you have Apple products like I do. He was amazing and helped me make sure the hacker had no access to my laptop, my main computer and my phone and showed me how to check them all to make sure no one else has access to my accounts if I question it again. Calvin is amazing and I will definitely be going back to his business if I ever have an issue again. I’m thankful that there is an Apple special... Devana (sorry if that's incorrect spelling) was extremely helpful! She greeted me as soon as I entered the store, listened to my issues with my Macbook Pro, and had an optimistic attitude, saying that they would take a look and see what they could do. Less than 3 hours later, I get a call saying the computer is fixed and ready to go! I was very pleasantly surprised. I picked up my computer and paid my bill, which was a pretty decent price, compared to what I've seen elsewhere. Definitely use Allied Computing for all of your tech repair needs!
Devona helped after Thanksgiving when my iPhone 13 Pro Max died. They are so nice here. We are so fortunate to have such great Apple experts in Kalispell. Thanks again you're the best, Keith Fauerso
