Used Allen’s for the first time. They were great. Diagnosed my car and had it repaired in less than 2 days. Unheard of at some of the bigger corporate companies. I will suggest them to anyone that needs a mechanic.
I went into Allen’s Auto for an issue I was convinced was going to cost me an arm and a leg, and I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be a really great price. Durand, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand, which I truly appreciated. The hospitality alone sets this place apart — I was offered coffee and even a piece of king cake while I waited! Great service, fair pricing, and a welcoming atmosphere. I have gone to Allen’s a few times for work on my vehicle. They continue to be helpful and honest with their recommendations and repairs. This time around I had an alternator that they had replaced out of warranty that was going, they were willing to cover it still. Their kindness is appreciated.
