Sam A. and his other business partner did a great job of promptly fixing the refrigerant of our A/C unit, even coming the same night we had requested an appointment. They ensured that everything was properly working before leaving and thoroughly explained what was wrong with the unit. They even went above and beyond and showed us why we weren’t getting air flow through some of our vents. We really appreciated it and will come back again when we have A/C issues!

The thermometer and the ac stopped working so I called the service. Their engagement model is service call fee $149 and provides a repair quote. If a customer agrees with the quote, the service fee will be waived and only the repair fee will be charged. Two technicians showed up and found out there was a switch on the wall needs to be turned on. We had no idea why the switch was off. After turning the switch on, everything was back to normal immediately without further inspection or troubleshooting. The total charge was about $275 to turn on the switch, no parts was changed, no other inspection needed. Total onsite time was 5 minutes.

We were on vacation and received a notification that our house was not receiving heat. Friends went over and they also realized there was no hot water. We had a few local plumbers stop by and tell us that they were not able to get a part we needed until most likely Tuesday since there's a blizzard on its way. While on the plane heading home we looked up 24 hour places in the hopes that someone would be able to get the house and fix our heating system. Sam and Marco were great! I had a Dr's appointment and wasn't able to be home early enough and Sam was nice enough to give me enough time to complete my appointment. He was knowledgeable and explained everything well. Marco was great as well. Took his time explaining things and working on my ac unit. Thank you guys.

Sam was outstanding—professional, courteous, and incredibly dedicated. He made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire furnace repair process. What really stood out was his commitment: he personally drove to Freehold to get the part we needed, just to make sure everything was fixed as quickly as possible. It’s rare to find someone who goes that far out of their way. Highly recommend!
