So when I see all 5 stard I get a red flag, but I had tried a few others with no success. Here are the facts, I called and a real person answered, made an appointment, and he showed up on time. He explained things to me, checked everything, rewired etc. And cleaned it out. No, extra fee, cheaper than most and it works beautiful. I mean that deserved a 5 star review. I believe the other 5 stard are real too.
DJ texted us when he was thirty minutes away, showed up on time and quickly assessed our problem. He then effected repairs and explained everything to us. He was quite personable and professional. Great experience

DJ came out the very next day, arrived right on time, immediately identified the issue, and fixed it on the spot. It turned out to be a very minor problem. Called Saturday at 5:45 for an issue with the fireplace and they came out Sunday morning at 9am. Technician was near and efficient. Fixed our issue and cleaned out the fireplace. I couldn’t ask for better service!
