I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience this morning. I brought my Hoover carpet cleaner, the Turbo Scrub 500, in for a repair. I was actually ready to purchase a new machine if necessary. However, as I was opening the door to the store, the person inside said something like, "When it comes to ordering parts, it's not worth it." I hadn't even stepped inside yet, and I replied, "You don’t even know what the problem is." Here’s my advice for improving customer service: When someone walks into your store, greet them with a "Good morning," and if it's not too much trouble, ask, "How can I help you?" Peter, the owner, was very helpful and got me the right vacuum bags and was very friendly and helpful! They can work on and repair any type of vacuum. I highly recommend them :)
