We've called twice for repairs and have received very professional service from Thomas. Replaced main water valve, 4 kitchen valves and installed new toilet. ALL positive. He's very polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend.

All The Time Plumbing has my business forever. Thomas and team showed up and really got me out in a pinch with top quality work and the best customer service. I had my outdoor garden bib break and I couldn’t close it. Thomas showed up as soon as possible and help me be able to turn my water back on. I’ll always be grateful for his help. 100% recommend.

Thomas Moreno scheduled an appointment for me at 8 am on April 1st. However, he never showed up, and when I tried to call him, he refused to pick up. It was a real April Fools’ Day for me.

Thomas did a fantastic job replacing all 3 of my rusty and old hose bibs that had to be soldered on as my house has copper. He was incredibly easy to work with and All the Time Plumbing offers 2 years warranty on parts and labor which is great and for no extra charge. I would highly recommend going with them for your plumbing projects or repairs! Not to mention, it was affordable AND the service was great and timely.

Tomas was the plumber that came out to help me. He was professional and friendly. He repaired my tankless water heater and saved me several thousand dollars. Another plumbing company said there was no way to repair it and that the unit needed to be replaced. Thankfully Tomas chose not to take advantage of the situation and was honest with me about being able to repair it.

Called All Time and set an appointment to replace a boiler system for a small condo community. Met with Thomas and Jason onsite. Jason was very knowledgeable and I’d give him a 5 star if I could. Unfortunately, we were ghosted by Thomas. He said he’d get a quote but never did. I called , I text, I left messages. I called from a different number(the office) and he answered. He said he must have sent to the wrong email so I text him my email again. He said he was on his way to the office and would send it over in a bit as I needed to include it in the meeting package for Board approval. He never sent it and just won’t answer the phone. Certainly your best bet in Houston and surroundings. Thomas provided outstanding service from start to finish. He quickly pinpointed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and Thomas was always punctual, courteous, and very kind. A great experience.
