All Tech Computer Service

I experienced a hard drive failure in my Dell desktop computer. Based on the positive reviews on Google, I took my computer in to All Tech yesterday. I picked up my repaired computer this morning. That is AMAZING turnaround time for a computer repair business! The turnaround time was so helpful, as I needed my computer for work. It is now humming along with a brand new Samsung hard drive! It is obvious that Kevin, Matthew, and the other fine professionals at All Tech are so committed to their craft. They are truly customer-oriented, professional, responsive, and kind. My PC was having issues crashing, so I took it in, and with 24hrs I received a all about the issue, and that it was ready for pick-up. I loved my experience with All Tech, and I will go back with any future issues.

Worst case left my laptop plugged in during the big storm a couple of weeks ago. Result was cpu got fried. Left it with Kevin and Matt and voila! Data and hard drive recovered. What used to cost me hundreds they did for under 100. Could not be more pleased! Highly recommend

Highly recommend!! Matthew is so great about talking things out with me and explaining them in a way that makes sense to me. He built a computer to my specific needs as a photographer and videographer. Excellent turnaround time and communication. I'm beyond pleased! You will not be disappointed with this business!
