Unsure "I had a terrible experience due to major safety concerns. The contractor and crew exhibited signs of severe impairment directly outside the job site during work hours. In my opinion, this created an incredibly unsafe and unprofessional environment. I cannot recommend a company that permits this level of risk on a project."
