These guys were GREAT. Very professional, very sincere and and very generous with their time and expertise. We had no idea whether or to what extent we had a problem and we were pretty stressed out. They were very responsive, explained everything they would do clearly, and followed up in a timely and comprehensive way. We DID have a problem, they identified and documented it and were able to provide excellent advice to remediate. Anabel, David on the initial visit and Patrick on the follow up were all great!

Do not use this company. They showed up 5 hours late and didn't bother to call. Left me sitting in my mold infested home and caused me to loose a day from work. And, the owner was rude and disrespectful. And I didn’t see any equipment to complete the job. Not professional at all, and acted as if they're doing me a favor by coming at all.

I called in because our tenant complained about possible mold due to a previously leaked bathroom. We agreed on a date for them to come and do a free initial visual inspection. Nansen came on time and did a good job. Unlike some other companies I called, who suggest do a air quality test right over the phone with charges between $250 to $400. He told me he did not see any mold from the places our tenant showed him and he said a air quality test is not necessary based on what he saw. The only place he cannot see is the floor under the bathroom.
