called to ask a question and the woman who answered was rude, talked over me and not even sure she heard the question, i am sure there are other companies in town that would appreciate the work more than this outfit.

Communication and scheduling was wonderful. When Jeff arrived, fairly quickly after scheduling the appointment, he was absolutely wonderful to talk and work with. He immediately inspected and tested for the source of the problem, and was able to give us a reason for the issue without any unexpected billing beyond his time. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff, and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much!

Jeff came out for a fridge leak, and he was great! Great guy, very personable, very knowledgeable. Assessed the issue, ordered part and was back within 5 days to fix it up. Would recommend without hesitation.

Had a fridge issue. Jeff and his team called us that day and had him to our house within 24 hours. Jeff is the nicest and was so good to explain everything to us about our cool control and more. Told us they’d order the part and he’d be back to fix it and they were spot on! Jeff fixed it for us today and said any issues just let us know. This is certainly who I will be going to for any appliance issues
