Great service, competent work that's very reasonably priced. I took my phone in mid Saturday afternoon, despite Monday's holiday it was still ready on Tuesday as assured when I took it in. Thank you gentlemen.
Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I strongly recommend choosing a repair shop that offers a guarantee and stands behind the products they install. I had the screen on my iPhone replaced here, and it has been glitchy ever since. My text messages are altered while typing, apps randomly switch while I’m using them, and the phone frequently freezes—sometimes to the point where even shutting it down is difficult. When I contacted the owner to explain the issues, I was told they do not offer any guarantees and that the screen was aftermarket. While I was aware it wasn’t an original manufacturer screen at the time of repair,... Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Excellent service! I had an issue with broken charging port (laptop). Alex provided quick diagnosis of the issue and gave immediate solution. He got back to me in an hour, fixed the problem and called me to pick up my laptop. He is honest, and great customer service, with a pleasant demeanor. I will go back to him, if I have any other laptop (for that matter phone) issues. I will refer him to friends and family in the area. His service is 10 out of 10!

friend needed a new battery for there iPhone 7,went here and was greeted with a friendly and courteous manner and smile. attendant confirmed it needed new battery and quoted a great price. Proceeded to replace the battery, 20 minutes later new battery installed and he showed them new battery status 100 percent and gave them the old one as a souvenir. All the while courteous manner and friendly smile. phone works great. Thank you very much, definitely recommend.
