I contacted at least three plumbers for an issue with our tankless water heater, and Brett stood out immediately for how responsive he was. He got back to me quickly and was able to schedule us the very next day, which we really appreciated. Johnny from All Hours was professional, punctual, and very neat. Showed up right on time, did great work reaching a drainage pipe in very hard to reach location, including cutting thought ceiling and sub floor, finished faster than I thought they would be able to.

We've used All Hours Plumbing for several jobs (water heater, sink install, etc.) and have always had a good experience. Also troubleshooted problems with Brett and always felt like I got honest advice. All Hours is always my first call.

Wow, Brett and the team exceeded expectations. We had a water heater quit on us this morning and with a house full of teen girls that just woild not do! Called Brett, left a message and got a call back almost instantly. He was polite, took time to understand the issue, explained options in an easy to understand manner, then to put the cherry on top, was able to get us taken care of within a few hours. Johnny & Clay have done a few jobs for us now and always do a great job. Efficient but also take the time to explain the problem and solution. Also love that they ask for a picture of the issue and quote the problem and what is needed to fix it over the phone before showing up. Would recommend to anyone.
