My ceiling started leaking on the second floor. I had called all hours plumbers because of the wonderful reviews I had read so decided to take a chance. We ended up needing to have our old shower and tile removed and a brand new shower and tub installed as well as the pipes and the toilet flange changed and a pipe that was bad.
