All Brands made the entire process easy from start to finish. They had the replacement control board within days, scheduled my appointment quickly, and completed the repair the following week. Tom was friendly, efficient, and professional. I also really appreciated that they sent a photo of the technician (Tom) before arrival, which gave me peace of mind and a sense of safety knowing exactly who to expect.

Each time I call on Allbrands for a repair, the service person is right on time. Matt fixed my dryer yesterday and as always was fast and pleasant - plus he gave helpful advice about another question I had. Next, saw where a small adjustment could aid my dryer with venting more efficiently and took care of that even though it wasn't the reason I called for the repair. Great company!

I had an excellent experience with All Brands appliance service. I emailed Beau, and he responded on a Sunday, which I truly appreciated. That level of responsiveness alone says a lot about a company. Matt came out to repair my dryer, he was early, professional, polite and extremely efficient. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem without any hassle. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. They did a stellar job and earned five stars - only because there aren't more available to give! On top of that, the price couldn't be beat. Very fair and absolutely worth it!
