Called Mr. Will yesterday and he was very happy to work us in as fast as possible. He got our washer fixed super quick and he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Super efficient and very affordable. Would recommend for all your washer and dryer repair needs. You want be disappointed.
Yes he got it. Thanks. Update: they called and gave us back our $80. Very apologetic and timely. Thank you again. My husband called them out 2 weeks ago to check our dryer. They came up with it being the timer, which we already assumed, and that they "probably had the part in the truck" and that it would be about $150. Said they would come back on Wednesday to fix it. They never called, never showed, and my husband tried calling the office twice, and texted 2 of the guys that he was disappointed, and expected to hear from someone. Eventually he told them to just not even return, not wanting to waste anymore money that we already had. No res... Yes he got it. Thanks. Update: they called and gave us back our $80. I normally Don't do this, but I'm a little upset about this one! I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out between 10-2 on a Friday. No one showed up, no one called. My wife had taken off that day for this person to come and no one came. Oh and after looking at these other reviews I see that they do this to several people
I called regarding my dryer and the end result was that after being unplugged and the repair man plugging it in again it worked. Most companies would have charged the service fee but they did not. Nothing better than a honest, fair business. I will not call anyone else for washer and dryer repair
My call was returned promptly by William, the owner and he dispatched a technician very quickly. The tech, Hunter, arrived on time. He was courteous and dressed professionally. More importantly, within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away because he had the replacement parts on his truck. Within a short amount of time, he had the machine working great. Before he left, he inspected my dryer and gave me helpful pointers on how to operate it more efficiently. Can't say enough good things about these guys and the business! I definitely recommend them!!
