All American Appliance Repair is Awesome! The rep showed up on-time, offered two ways to move forward, and made a plan to return with the needed parts. Again, he showed up exactly when we expected, was personable, and excellent at doing the work. He saved us money, time and effort by repairing and not replacing our appliance. We had a great experience. We called and got an appointment right away. Robbie the tech came on time and immediately identiified the problem. We had to wait for the correct replacement part or he probably would have completed the job within the hour. We've used All American in the past so we didn't hesitate to call for this problem. I've used All American three times for repair of my LG oven, repair of GE dryer belt, and a year later, dryer bearings. Each time, starting with scheduling through completion of service, they have been both professional and responsive to my needs. Since I have a stackable washer and dryer that requires matching pair, they have twice saved me from replacing both units. I've been very happy with the work they've performed for me. I find them to be honest and reliable. They quote a fair price and I have been very pleased with their service.
