Mike came out the very day that I called him. I described the problem over the phone, and he even brought the part to address the issue with him. He knew exactly what was wrong, and would have been able to fix it cheaply and within 10 minutes. But unfortunately, an issue that we'd been having for years is what had caused this part to break. So, he had to come back the next day with that part to fix that. Once that was fixed, there was a burning smell still coming from the machine, and he realized that the gears were now bad, which would be far too expensive to replace. After all this hard work that he did, he only wanted to charge me for the...Mike came out the very day that I called him. After all this hard work that he did, he only wanted to charge me for the original diagnostic even though he drove all that way twice and put in 2 expensive, new parts. He also took his shoes off outside, even though I told him he could put them in the entryway. He kept the work area clean. And I loved that he told me when he would get to my house. He even told me when he was on his way and gave me an ETA. Great service! I will definitely use this company again when one of our appliances inevitably breaks.

Are there any honest, hardworking, knowledgeable repairmen left anymore? YES! YES there are.
Mike responded promptly to my call for help when a power outage resulted in my refrigerator/freezer not working. He diagnosed the problem, and needed to order a part. I was happy to pay for the part and his return visit ahead of time, but he said he would rather I wait to be sure that everything was working properly.
He also advised me that to avoid future problems I should purchase and install appliance grade surge protectors on both my fridge AND my washing machine.
