Brought in my 1992 Toyota truck in for a simple front wheel alignment. When I say, "simple" this means there is really nothing more than making sure the wheels are centered and drive straight. NO camber, caster, etc. Nothing to do on the rear axle.
It has a 2" lift, which would actually make alignment access even easier on a truck. But the "surcharge" for a lifted truck was basically as much as the alignment, which was no great deal to begin with. But I wanted to find a place that I could dependably bring my many vehicles to for alignment jobs.

I mentioned that I understood servicing cars that have been moved out of factory specs can mandate more time. But in this case, it was irrelevant to the alignment job. Yet, I was told it was their policy to charge more because of my truck's 2" lift. When I asked if he had any authority to make an exception to an irrelevant policy since my alignment took no more time or effort than normal. He told me he did, but it changed nothing since it was "the policy."
I paid his 200 plus dollar bill and knew that I would have no further need to visit again - all because he was beholden to his policy more than his customer that day.

Took in a 25 passenger shuttle for alignment job and got more than I thought I would get! I am saying that as a positive thing as they found and did what we needed to keep us straight and using our new tires up correctly. This is what I needed! So, as the receipt says “If you’re not happy we’re not happy.” I am happy guys!
The team seems to all work hard and together to make the shop work. Thumbs up! Looking forward to many smooth trips down the road!

This place was good. I brought my car in for an alignment and they got it done in a couple days because it had some extra things that needed to be fixed and made my ride more smooth as far as how it felt when I was driving it in the beginning.
