We purchased a home on Maui with great bones but it was in need of extensive kitchen and (multiple) bathroom renovations as well as exterior and interior updates and repairs. We bought a very dated condo in Kaanapali with an incredible view in late 2018. We knew it needed a lot of help. After talking to several contractors we felt Palani Alexander at ADR understood our vision for the place. Our building is older and that always presents unique challenges...all were handled beautifully. We were a little concerned about long distance communication but it was pretty seamless.Through pintrest boards and many calls everything came together. We even video chatted from the tile and counter top store. We love the way it all turned out. It was completed in July 2019. The response from our renters was tremendous.
