This is the company you want to call no matter if it’s a small job or a huge job. I called to set up an estimate and James was on the job site the next day. Walked through my rental property with me and addressed each issue found during occupancy inspection. James got the quote to me within an hour! Within 24 hours of me accepting the bid, James had the permit pulled from Belleville to perform all the work. Had a great experience with Brad, Shane, Vince and crew at Alexander. They did a deck rebuild for us and were very good at asking clarifying questions and were efficient in their work. They (unexpectedly) had to start from the ground up with our project but didn’t hesitate to do the work and made other adjustments as needed. The crew was great to work with. Thanks again!

Chase fixed my issue with ease. Very professional and kind and explained everything as well as possible outcomes before starting the work to make sure I knew everything that could happen. Was able to get the cartridge out without any other issues. Cleaned up the pipes and got them ready for installation of the new cartridge. Very pleased with the work. Would recommend Alexander Plumbing in the future.
