ALC always sends me a text 'heads-up' before snow removal, which allows for me to let the tenants in the buildings I manage know that they need to move their cars. The driveways are always cleared well, and with the additional salt and sand service, slip-free. Channing (ALC's owner) is constantly updating both myself and the building owner about upcoming services to the property in detailed emails, and rapidly returns phone calls.
I've worked with Channing for year. His company, ALC, has also delivered great service. And, he's a nice guy too!! Craig
Channing and the ALC team have been excellent partners with my home property needs. Excellent and timely snow removal, efficient weekly mowing, and a fabulous fall cleanup are the services I’ve enlisted from ALC for the past several years.
