I asked her to help me buy a used camera online, shortly afterward,she told me she had found one and asked me to pay 1700, I gave her my credit card, and after she charged it, she said the camera was still in an auction and that we would have to wait until the auction ends to know whether it had been successfully purchased.
A few days later when I went back, she told me the camera had not been bought. I also told her that I no longer wanted to buy it because the price was too high, and I asked her to refund the money. However, she made excuses and claimed that I had asked her to send the camera back to the original factory. And she did not re...I asked her to help me buy a used camera online, shortly afterward,she told me she had found one and asked me to pay 1700, I gave her my credit card, and after she charged it, she said the camera was still in an auction and that we would have to wait until the auction ends to know whether it had been successfully purchased.
A few days later when I went back, she told me the camera had not been bought. I also told her that I no longer wanted to buy it because the price was too high, and I asked her to refund the money. As a result, on Christmas Eve I received a 1700 charge on my credit card bill from the bank. I had always believed that she had not actually taken the money from my card but I was wrong. Even though the transaction never went through. She had already taken the 1700.my bank required me to pay the bill. Naturally I was very nervous, I notified the bank to dispute the charge and planned to follow up after Christmas. Eventually, she refunded the money but charged me 20 dollar for nothing. After she returned my money, I canceled my dispute .
But after she knows I notified my bank to do dispute, she very rudely account me of not having the right to dispute the charge with the bank. Until now I still don't understand what's wrong with me.
In short, she was extremely rude and unfriendly, and I will never go there again.
