The tech explained some things to me regarding my computer & the issue was fixed on the same day. He was polite, courteous, friendly & VERY knowledgeable. Oh!! And the price for the job I needed was better than anyone in the area. Just saying.....😉

The hinge on my laptop broke and Brian had it fixed and just over 24 hours. Great service, excellent at communicating what was wrong, and went over and above on the repair.
I had an issue with my laptop that wouldn't allow me to use it at all. Brian was able to spot the issue immediately and fixed it in less than 24 hours! He was very kind and was way cheaper than going to another big computer store that was going to charge 3x the amount. Very pleased with my service.
