Very Nice Place To Get Your Appliance Or Air Conditioner And They Are Helpful And I Got A New Outdoor Lighting HereAnd It’s Better Than The Old Lighting It’s More Efficient Lighting And No Charge To Change And It Puts Out More Light Like A Street Light Love It Thanks Alabama Power

I am not very happy with my recent purchase that didn't last long enough for the first payment to be billed nor the service that still hasn't been provided after a visit in person, several calls/messages left and still have received no call back or email that I have waited a couple weeks on. Will update my review as soon as the problem is taken care and purchase replaced. It should have been replaced upon my visit. I will be talking to a manager on my next visit as soon as the ❄ outside thaws enough to make the trip.

Some of the women working at the windows are extremely rude0, don't need to be in customer service, need to hide them in the back, seriously if you can mail your payment, pay online, or wait until those women are gone and pay at the kiosk, the only reason I went in is because I needed a copy, the woman acted so put out, started banging on key bord, mumbled something and struggled to get up off her chair to fetch the copy she dropped, the veins in her neck were protruding and she was turning red, I ask her if she was ok and she practically growled me . They were very helpful. The man that waited on me was very very friendly and very helpful everything he could do to help me. Not judgemental at all. I felt welcomed everything was new an updated on the building they make everything easy to understand as well.
