We drove over an hour to look at some Briggs & Riley luggage at Al Nola's. Al was so friendly and helpful while explaining the features and benefits of the luggage and his prices are better than you can find online. I needed the male side grommet snap button for a jacket. Fixed it right then and there and then tried to undercharge me for the fix. Good; honest and friendly. Also saw someone come to claim their repaired boots. Gotta say they looked new to me.
